Moscato Dolce is a single-grape wine obtained from the harvesting of ripe grapes which, thanks to temperature-controlled fermentation, give life to a structured and alcoholic wine, as evidenced by its 15% alcohol content, balanced by a fairly important amount of residual sugar (approx. 80g/l). Brilliant amber yellow in colour, its bouquet expresses a wonderful olfactory profile made up of notes of apricot and peach, dried figs and honey, with
aromatic herbs in the finish. Intense and bewitching, sunny Mediterranean fragrances open to an immensely complex palate, the perfect combination of sweetness, savouriness and smoothness. Very long, endless, poignant. Excellent with desserts made with ricotta, pastries, “copeta” and almond biscuits; good with blue or medium-mature cheeses.
