This 100% Negroamaro is the result of a selection of carefully hand-picked grapes, vinified in steel with temperature-controlled fermentation and left to mature for about three months in wooden barriques, which endow it with elegance and smoothness. Ruby red in colour, with a bouquet that expresses ethereal notes of red fruit in alcohol, plum, blackberry and blackcurrant.
Scents of liquorice and Mediterranean herbs open up to a warm and elegant, full and round palate. Characterised by a gentle, velvety tannic texture, it closes with a very persistent finish. An excellent wine to accompany all courses of a meal, going very well with classic pork goulash and red meat in general. Excellent with traditional orecchiette pasta served with meat sauce
