The wines obtained from this combination are characterised by great personality; aromas, colour, taste and significant alcohol contents highlight the true nature of the company’s main grape variety: Primitivo, grown on the Manduria plain. The estate’s strength lies in its vineyards, cultivated with the traditional alberello method or the espalier method; a careful identification of native varieties and clones makes it possible to obtain grapes of the highest quality, rigorously selected and hand-picked.
