Made from Fiano (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes trained using the espalier method, vinified exclusively in steel at a low temperature and softly pressed to maintain the best aromas of the grapes; this white wine stands out for its harmony and persistence. A Fiano that is particularly well-balanced, and which continues to surprise as time goes by. Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights,
the bouquet expresses delicate floral, citrus and tropical scents, accompanied by a pleasant note of fresh almond. The palate is rich and elegant, characterised by an extraordinarily crisp and mineral flavour. Excellent paired with fish dishes, be they starters, pasta dishes or main courses, it also goes well with white meat
