Wine made from young vines trained using the espalier method, planted in vineyards in the Mandurian hinterland. A single-grape wine in which Cantine Erario succeeds in bringing out all the finesse and balance of the grape, characterised by a slight tartness on the palate, considering its moderate alcohol content. The grapes ferment for 7/10 days at a controlled temperature, before spending about six months ageing in steel tanks and the bottle. Bright ruby red colour
in the glass. The bouquet offers scents of perfectly ripe fruit, accompanied by tertiary aromas of chocolate. Structured and rich in the mouth, with slightly sharp tannins and a finish characterised by a fruity aftertaste. Perfect with game and red meat, and definitely worth trying with mature cheeses. Excellent with stewed wild boar.
