Angelo Bianco is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in soils characterised by a clayey and calcareous substrate, in vineyards pruned using the Guyot technique. A wine that seems to have an intense look, vinified in steel and aged for about six months in barriques; this gives it a complexity of remarkable aromas and a consistent mouthfeel. A label that challenges the passing of time, guaranteeing significant evolution in the years to come. This Chardonnay displays a bright, golden and lustrous colour. The bouquet that envelops the nose
is reminiscent mainly of fruity scents, such as ripe apple and banana, characterised by an accentuation of spicy references in the finish. Medium-bodied, with a rounded and enveloping mouthfeel, characterised by a fruity taste with hints of vanilla in the finish. A white wine with a clear, well-defined profile, which pairs well with tasty dishes such as seafood spaghetti or risotto, mushroom flans, stuffed aubergines and peppers; pleasant in combination with grilled fish and white meat.
