GRAPPACLASSICA
MONOVITIGNO | PRIMITIVO
DESIGNATION OF PROTECTED ORIGIN
Primitivo grappa is made with very fresh marc which is still soaked in must when it reaches the distillery. The bouquet is rich and aromatic, characterised by fruity notes reminiscent of plum, liquorice and dried figs. The palate is smooth and elegant, rounded and persistent, designed to fully express the elegance of Primitivo. A bottle with a dry mouthfeel, which caresses the
palate harmoniously, perfect for after dinner conversations. At the end of the production process, the Grappa is left to rest for a short time in steel, and then finally bottled and released onto the market. If you don’t know what to end a dinner with on a cold winter evening, this Grappa will eliminate any indecision.
