Wine made from vines trained using the espalier method which give us beautifully ripe grapes, which we use to make a harmonious Primitivo di Manduria suitable for younger palates which prefer smoother, less aggressive wines. This red wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and modern winemaking techniques allow us to iron out any rough spots
and bring out the most sinuous features. Deep ruby red in colour, with a bouquet that expresses an ample, full and fragrant bouquet, characterised by continuous hints of red fruit. Harmonious, warm, enveloping and well-balanced palate. Excellent with all courses of a meal, it is the ideal companion for rich roast red meats and hard cheeses.
