A wine obtained from a combination of Apulian red grapes trained using the espalier method and vinified together in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The skins spend one night only in contact with the must and then undergo soft pressing to preserve the scents and fragrance. A quite pale coral pink-coloured wine; fine
and persistent froth. The bouquet expresses scents of pink grapefruit and apple, delicate floral notes and hints of fragrant bread. The palate is crisp, nicely savoury and balanced. Versatile and fragrant, it is ideal with fish starters but also good with rice and pasta dishes and shellfish. Excellent with sushi and pizza.
