A wine obtained from a combination of Apulian white grapes trained using the espalier method and vinified together in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The skins undergo soft pressing as soon as they arrive in the cellar, to preserve their fragrance. The wine has a pale straw yellow wine characterised by a creamy, velvety froth.
Its good acid balance extends a delightful, carefree invitation to sip it, over and over again. The bouquet expresses hints of apple, pear, citron and notes of yellow flowers. A crisp palate with a pleasant mineral flavour. Versatile and fragrant, it is ideal with aperitifs, fish dishes, sushi and Carpaccio with rocket and Grana Padano cheese.
